Application:

1.Used as energy or connecting cable or as measuring and control cable in machine tool manufacturing, plant engineering and on assembly and production lines.

2.Suitable for stationary installation or occasional, not constantly recurrent movement. Unrestricted mobility without forced movement control and without exposure to tensile load.

3.Installation in dry and damp environments.When used for outdoor applications, the specified temperature limits must be observed and adequate protection against UV radiation must be ensured.

4.These cables with copper screening are ideal for interference free data and signal transmission in measuring and control technology used in EMI environments.

Construction:

1.Conductor:Stranded bare Cu conductor,fine wire. Strand structure to VDE 0295,class 5 / IEC 60228 class 5

2.Insulation:Special PVC

Green-yellow protective conductor (3 cores and over) in the outer layer

Core twisted in layers, with optimal lay length.

3.Screening:Tinned copper wire.

4.Filler sheath:Special PVC,( flame retardant,resistant to oil and fuel )

5.Outer sheath:Special PVC,( flame retardant,resistant to oil and fuel )
